Try lowering your prices instead of wiping out anyone that tries to compete with you. So don't waste our work experience guys time in the mail room by sending silly letters, the guy is trying to learn, have some respect.

No, seriously, if anyone is trying to sue us. We taker that kind of stuff very seriously, we have an Indian Call center just waiting to handle all that legal stuff, their English isn't very good, and you may need to explain what yourselves several times over. Seeing as you have several of your own, you'll know exactly what I mean.
